  The Act on Detective Services imposes an obligation of confidentiality on the detective and the entrepreneur engaged in the provision of detective services. Confidentiality protects both the client entrusting the detective with their secrets and the privacy of other individuals, as well as information that the detective becomes acquainted with during the performance of activities. The obligation of confidentiality persists even after the completion of the assignment.

  The report is a comprehensive document containing a detailed description of the activities carried out by the detective. The document includes, among other things, completion deadlines, the scope and course of the activities conducted, tools used by the detective in fulfilling the assignment, a description of the factual situation, and the data of detectives involved in the assignment.

  The procedure of cooperation between the client and Wanted Polska is as follows: Direct meeting or telephone conversation to determine the needs and expectations of the client, followed by the signing of a contract or assignment for the provision of services. Execution of the assignment by licensed detectives. Systematic verification of the progress in executing the assignment by the Coordinator of the Detective Team. Gathering all materials and information, analysis, and preparation of a report for the client. Presentation of the results, delivery of the report, and discussion of conclusions.

  We offer detective services based on the applicable Act of July 6, 2001, on detective services. Conducting business activities in the field of detective services is regulated within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of March 6, 2018, - the Entrepreneurship Law and requires registration in the register of detective activities. Wanted Polska provides services based on entry by the Ministry of the Interior and Administration into the Register of regulated activities in the scope of providing detective services under number RD/75/2017.
