Scope of data to be determined:

a. real estate in the territory of the Republic of Poland (houses, apartments, premises, plots, warehouses), ownership
and co-ownership, perpetual usufruct,

b. information about sold properties up to 5 years back, along with data on the methods of their disposal

b. list of fixed assets, movables (vehicles, machinery), leasing, production lines, etc.,

d. other property rights (shares, stocks, and other financial assets), the fact of their disposal to the detriment of the creditor,

e. conducting business activities, shares in companies, acting as a member of the management board or partner in a company,

f. place of employment and sources of income.

Scope of data to be determined:

a. analysis of financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement)

b. register of bankruptcy and arrangement proceedings, court and enforcement proceedings

c. debt level

d. presence in debtors' databases
and registers, as well as debt markets.

e. information from the Pledge Register.

f. sources of funding.

Scope of data to be determined:

a. information on the death of the debtor,

b. data and addresses of legal heirs,

c. data from the Inheritance Register, i.e., registered inheritance certificates, court declarations of inheritance acquisition.
